Whistleblowing legislation

Legislative decree no. 24/2023 - implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 - provides for new regulations relating to the protection of persons who report violations of regulatory provisions that harm the public interest or integrity of the public administration or of private companies and bodies, of which they became aware in the working context. These new provisions took effect from 15 July 2023.

In order to comply with the aforementioned legislation, Ludovico Martelli S.p.A. has established a specific channel through which to report possible illicit acts by employees, collaborators, managers and administrators.
